We can design and produce energy-conserving equipment insulation for your barrels, hoses, hoppers, dies, hotpots, exchangers, valves, pumps, ovens and more.
Our Energy Covers are constructed in three layers to provide the barrel insulation you need:
Outer cover: Teflon impregnated fiberglass cloth.
Repels oil, water and melted resin, increasing your barrel insulation's lifespan and keeping it looking good.
Inner liner: Siltemp - a fibered silica.
Can withstand continuous temperate in excess of 1,000 degrees F.
Insulation: Ceramic fiber (aluminum silica).
Maintains its shape, durability and flexibility throughout service life.
A Special Note: All Energy Covers products are asbestos-free.
